The absolute worst bank in the area. ATMs always down. Teller lines take forever while 5 employees walk around. Never gets better. Just worse everytime I find myself driviing 45 minutes to Newburgh branch because there is never a problem there
The ATMs are always full!! Can never take deposits when I come to this bank!! Doesn’t help that they closed the ATM by Price Chopper and the closest bank is in Newburgh!! Do better BOA!!
I went to the BOF on 12/14/2024 to make a deposit of $ 600 which I inserted into the ATM and this stayed loading for a while and then threw back only $ 300 dollars and kept $ 300 which the machine did not want to return to me with a message saying that it could not accept my bills after keeping my money and not putting it in my account I feel scammed in my face the same thing always happens with this ATM it never accepts cash deposits and never has cash withdrawals, on 12/15/24 I will go in the morning to claim my money beca... read more
It is very disappointing because this new installation feels like you are entering a maze. And there was only one ATM for the car. The access was better than where they were before. How frustrating is this?
