He took the time to explain every detail clearly and made sure I fully understood the process. His dedication and customer-focused attitude made my experience smooth and stress-free. Don't expect to ever get them on the phone, I had someone answer, ask if I was still on the other line I said yes and then they acknowledged that I said something by saying ah okay, and then I started talking and they hung up.
