Very disappointing experience with Bank of America, especially at this location. If you want to withdraw your own money, be prepared for a long and intrusive process. They require you to fill out forms, provide your Social Security number, explain why you need the money, where it is going, and what you plan to do with it. I also found it extremely frustrating that they require customers to have a personal account in addition to a business account for certain transactions.
