Terrible customer service, the tellers are unprofessional and have no business being in front of customers at a gas station, never the less, at any bank. Tried to call and address it with the manager and he just made excuses and had no concern. If the manager doesn't care, then the employees could care even less. Its a disgrace.
This place is poorly run and waits are long. There are many better options in the area. Don’t waste your time with them. The only reason I went in was because apparently I can’t sign up for online banking without going in to verify my identity. A giant waste of time and their hours are nearly impossible if you work a 9-5.
