Terrible customer service, the tellers are unprofessional and have no business being in front of customers at a gas station, never the less, at any bank. Tried to call and address it with the manager and he just made excuses and had no concern. If the manager doesn't care, then the employees could care even less. Its a disgrace.
This place is poorly run and waits are long. There are many better options in the area. Don’t waste your time with them. The only reason I went in was because apparently I can’t sign up for online banking without going in to verify my identity. A giant waste of time and their hours are nearly impossible if you work a 9-5.
So disrespectful at this location, I just need a notary and was waiting for 40 min in imaginary line , thinking of closing all the accounts with them again

I tried to get in touch with someone at this branch for 18 minutes on my drive to Indian Land and no one ever answered the phone so I could ask a simple question about a notary at that branch. I was told when I walked in that everyone was busy helping customers but the guy in the office to my Left had no one and I stayed on the phone as I was waiting inside and the phone wasn’t even ringing. My wife came back inside and spoke to the black guy greeting people and he told her it would be a minimum of one hour to get two things... read more
