I tried to get in touch with someone at this branch for 18 minutes on my drive to Indian Land and no one ever answered the phone so I could ask a simple question about a notary at that branch. I was told when I walked in that everyone was busy helping customers but the guy in the office to my Left had no one and I stayed on the phone as I was waiting inside and the phone wasn’t even ringing. I just got a SCAM call from this number. They tried to get me to verify my CC number by saying I had fraudulent charges. He got upset when I said I didn't feel comfortable and wanted to call back Bank of America instead. I eventually hung up because he was getting so persistent. Loser.
