I have BOA account for almost 30 years.I had a great experience at this branch . David was extremely helpful and patient with seting up my digital wallet. I recommend this location for your banking needs.

Do not go to this bank. The one in Hamburg is much better. I was turned down from withdrawing money because my hard copy id was expired and I had a temporary replacement. What do these ppl expect u to do when u need YOUR money immediately and can’t wait for the id in the mail. 10/10 would not recommend. The bank in Hamburg helped me dispute account alerts on the spot and sat on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes with me I can almost guarantee this one would’ve told u to come back when u figure it out.
