Its so easy to pay your bill. The people are so nice.Â
What a pleasant visit, I went in with what seems like a simple banking need. Getting a personal check cashed that was drawn on Bank of America. I had already been to another bank of America location in Lexington 2 wks prior who stamped the back of the check and basically voided it where I was unable to get the check cashed anywhere else, They was so rude and even had all the employees come out to surround me as if I was doing something wrong. Doesn't take cash deposits to accounts that are not your own, irritating but understandable. So I get a cashier's check from my bank and they mistakenly put an "and" in the name. They could not take this cashier's check and we're closed by this time. This rating was salvaged by an employee Oliver the next day who handled everything very kindly and professionally. Thank you Oliver.Â
