I have been with BOA for over six years. Unfortunately, my debit card was stolen/lost during my move. Some fraudulent activity happen with my account. These were not normal activities for me and no one called me or send an automated warning. Now, my account is being closed and I cannot open another account. I feel like I am being punished for someone else's actions. My rent will be late and most of the agents ( only two were emphatic) act like robots. Avoid this location the customer service is trash and if you want to open something as simple as a checking account you'll literally be waiting 2 hours ! Bank of america is terrible I'm glad to terminate any relationship I had with this bank. Trust me they will not keep your data safe. RUN!!!

I’ve been a customer with Bank of America for several years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. The customer service has become unresponsive and unhelpful — long wait times on the phone, transfers between departments with no resolution, and a general lack of urgency or care in addressing even basic issues.
