The customer service here sucks. They rude and judgmental. At least the workers on fry & I10 wanna help you.
Avoid this location the customer service is trash and if you want to open something as simple as a checking account you'll literally be waiting 2 hours ! Bank of america is terrible I'm glad to terminate any relationship I had with this bank. Trust me they will not keep your data safe. RUN!!!
I’ve been a customer with Bank of America for several years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. The customer service has become unresponsive and unhelpful — long wait times on the phone, transfers between departments with no resolution, and a general lack of urgency or care in addressing even basic issues.
