Worst bank in the country. Unbelievable incompetence and poor customer service. Wait times over 30 minutes, then have to transfer to another dept. Promised free checking based on our large balance then were charged $25 per month. We will be closing our accounts ASAP. Avoid BofA at all costs.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Georgia Smith on Thursday to have my husband removed from our accounts due to his death . This is definitely the most efficient BofA in the area from the other ones I go to (Bel Air, Perry Hall, Parkville, Overlea, and Dundalk). Making basic deposits is quick and the employees have all been friendly. UPDATE: I made a deposit of a few checks for over $3800 and the next day when I checked my account, they were not in any of my accounts.
