Worst bank in the country. Unbelievable incompetence and poor customer service. Wait times over 30 minutes, then have to transfer to another dept. Promised free checking based on our large balance then were charged $25 per month. We will be closing our accounts ASAP. Avoid BofA at all costs. Update: If at all possible-it has become worse. Called re CD and was offered a free medical device-could not opt out. Had to disconnect.

I had an appointment. Was seen within 10 minutes of the appointment time. The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. My problem was resolved with complete support and understanding.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Forest Hill branch. Jamie Hoch, Merrill Lynch rep did an amazing job of helping deal with elderly relatives accounts. All reps from the bank far exceeded expectations.
