Now I understand why this bank have low stars no customer service today 11/04/25 I came to this bank and try to deposit cash. I told the lady on the left hand side that I lost my debit card, but I have it on the phone. She told me that they no longer take tap to pay. I told her that I I always do it like that in the other banks locations without problem and ask her it is another way that she can help me out. She just says go outside and do by yourself. This is Vilee Hannah I came there last Friday and deposited some cash at your drive through ATM. I confirmed the amount was correct and received my card back. I went on BOA mobile and it didn't show my current cash deposit. A huge discrepancy!
I called the bank to ask a question and nobody answered. I called back 6 times…no answer! That is pretty pathetic customer service from Bank of America. I have been a customer since 1995, 30 years I guess times have changed! At least get an AI to answer your calls if your employees aren’t going to answer them!
