I called the bank to ask a question and nobody answered. I called back 6 times…no answer! That is pretty pathetic customer service from Bank of America. I have been a customer since 1995, 30 years I guess times have changed! At least get an AI to answer your calls if your employees aren’t going to answer them!

Always short staffed
They need to step up their game. I only go to the bank once a year. This time I had to go Two days in a row to get a PAPPER notarized. Day one-they were “busy” there was literally 3 people and ONE customer Day Two-set up an appointment. Got there exactly on time, there was literally NO ONE here and still had to wait 17 mins to be seen. Is this the DMV? What is going on? Definitely looking at new places to bank, this is HORRIBLE service.
