This is the worst BOA I've had to endure. Unreliable ATM service, and only one ATM even though they have two lanes, they have been too cheap to put in the second ATM for years now... In the past 3 weeks, I've tried to use the ATM twice, and both times, the ATM was either out of service or unable to process the type of transaction I need. If you have moved to the area recently and need a physical bank location, I would advise opening an account at a local credit union or other bank with better service in the area.

Been waiting on a BOA in the area for years!! Finally came. Two ATM lanes only one ATM ... AND today (Saturday 2pm) the card entry to the front door isn't even working. No one appreciates having to sit in all the traffic on 380 to then have to come sit in ATM traffic. Please put in the other ATM machine and fix the door. Update: April 18, 2026... front door still doesn't open after business hours with card. Still only 1 ATM ... no improvements.

I wish there was a way to put 0 stars. We have had a BofA checking/ savings account/ credit cards for 11 years including saving for our first home and car but my experience at cross roads TX location brings that to an abrupt end today! I have been sitting in the lobby waiting for a teller for more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. I can’t stand going into the BAC bank to do business, as the system they have now is waiting in the lobby, just like visiting your doctor's office. It is time-consuming, and it’s ridiculous, when all I wanted to do was go to the counter, do my business, and walk out. Whoever thought of this, think again, it’s not working. People are not happy.

I am not sure who thought it would be a great idea to only have one teller here at this location but it does not make any sense. The wait time is extremely long just a heads up. Especially when you have chatty customers and slow tellers. I see others have the same complaint so hopefully someone fixes this. My wait was over 20 minutes with only two people in front of me. I repeat, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR
