I wish there was a way to put 0 stars. We have had a BofA checking/ savings account/ credit cards for 11 years including saving for our first home and car but my experience at cross roads TX location brings that to an abrupt end today! I have been sitting in the lobby waiting for a teller for more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. I can’t stand going into the BAC bank to do business, as the system they have now is waiting in the lobby, just like visiting your doctor's office. It is time-consuming, and it’s ridiculous, when all I wanted to do was go to the counter, do my business, and walk out. Whoever thought of this, think again, it’s not working. People are not happy.
I am not sure who thought it would be a great idea to only have one teller here at this location but it does not make any sense. The wait time is extremely long just a heads up. Especially when you have chatty customers and slow tellers. I see others have the same complaint so hopefully someone fixes this. My wait was over 20 minutes with only two people in front of me. I repeat, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR
Review for Bank of America I have my business account at this branch, and I move thousands of dollars through this bank regularly. I came in to have a business affidavit notarized, which is a normal service many banks provide for their customers. When I arrived, the staff reviewed my paperwork and told me it would take about 10 minutes. I waited 45 minutes. After all that time, someone finally came over and told me I should go to the UPS Store to get it notarized instead. That was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time... read more
