Friendly staff but always there is a wait time..
If it were up to this branch, I’d never be a BofA customer again; they’re disorganized and treat you as if they’re doing you a favor. Wonder if the employees truly believe they own that place… Just don’t come here, drive a little further.
I'd rate this location negative stars if possible. Made an appointment to update my accounts with my married name. Scheduled appointment was on their books for DAYS and they never made an attempt to reach out to me. Showed up in person for appointment and the manager Brenda Lopez told me I would need my husband there too because of our joint account.
