Review for Bank of America I have my business account at this branch, and I move thousands of dollars through this bank regularly. I came in to have a business affidavit notarized, which is a normal service many banks provide for their customers. When I arrived, the staff reviewed my paperwork and told me it would take about 10 minutes. I waited 45 minutes. After all that time, someone finally came over and told me I should go to the UPS Store to get it notarized instead. That was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time... read more

They never, ever answer their telephone. Seems the only way to get an answer from them is to make an appointment and go to the bank.
Whoever thought one teller was a good idea. Long Waits 100% of the time for me.
