I had an excellent experience at the bank thanks to Kason. He was incredibly helpful, very attentive, and truly understood my needs. He's a fantastic person, and I really appreciated his support.
Clean, safe, and user friendly
I had a very disappointing experience with Bank of America. The staff I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt disrespected during the interaction, and instead of trying to understand my situation, I was dismissed without proper attention. It seemed like no one even reviewed my account properly, but assumptions were made about my issue without checking the details.
