We've always had a great experience here, Rusti was so helpful and kind. We're new to the area and moved out of state, and he helped us with our notarization needs and also large amount transactions. He's very knowledgeable and so easy to work with, we always hope he's there when we have to go the bank.
I have been a personal and business client of BOA for about 3 years now. I have visited the Haymarket & Gville branch and got to know the staff pretty well! TODAY when I walked and saw Mursal, (promoted from Gville Branch) and her beautiful smile, her willingness to help is always present!
