I don’t usually go inside the bank but I needed to cash a check. As I waited in the line, i heard the manager who was a woman in her fifties with with chin length dark blonde hair berate one the tellers in a most degrading way. She came out and smiled and greeted me pleasantly but as she walked where back where all the tellers were, she berated another worker with such vitriol, it was awful. I felt so bad

The female teller with the brown afro curly hair was super helpful when I went to get my pin rectified .... It's a pity I don't remember her name... I hope one day she becomes the manager or whatever she desires to become in life... We need more of her in this world. I don't really write reviews but I had to this time. 5 star customer service.
