The team at this location are always very helpful and have provided some of the best service I’ve had with Bank of America.Â
If I could rate this location with 0 stars, believe me I would. I walked into this location and was turned away because they didn’t have anyone to help me because there was only 1 customer service representative, and the teller asks the other teller(who mind you has nobody in front of her) if she wants to help me. She literally deflects the question and says “well he has all appointments and he’s fully booked “. This is why Bank Of America is going to go out of business.
