The absolute WORST BRANCH MANAGER EVER in my entire 25 years + banking with Bank of America! This was at the St Lucie West in Port St Lucie branch last week. Caused me to pull a large chunck of cash out immediately and go elsewhere. Situation was as follows: I was very anxious as several of my various bank accounts
Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Had me sitting in her office while assisting other clients and never solved any of problems. Wasted 2 hours here. I rather drive to another county than to come back to this location. Very very misleading and rude
I can see why nobody wants to actually enter a bank anymore . Stupid rules put in place by people that have no interest in making your life easier in any way possible
Service here has gone down since I first started coming here 20 years ago. Went in after being told I didn’t need an appointment. When I got there at 12:40, I was told they couldn’t see me because they had a 1:00 appointment and another after that so I had to make an appointment or wait. They weren’t even busy. I can see why the reviews are so bad.
