Each time i've been there to go inside , there's always a line. Service is usually slow.Hate the automated machine. Wish they would bring back a drive through window, where there is actually a human. I am being kind giving two stars.
Terrible branch. Really made me want to leave the bank after being a customer for 20 years. Went in yesterday to get a check and they tell me it's 15 dollars AND I have to know exactly who I'm sending it to in order to get it. Then they suggested going to Publix instead. Smh. What kind of service is this from a bank? For reference I went in around 12:00 PM on July 1st 2025. I had to wait like 15 minutes because there was only one clerk and there was a lady asking for the simplest things (like account balance) taking forever.... read more
It’s ridiculous how you have to wait when u come in to speak to someone. I was the first in line but still had to wait! And scheduling an appointment online is just as bad because there is always no availability until a few days out. I’m really considering banking with someone else. So BEWARE!
Rude and dismissive employees. Take blood pressure meds before you get here, even if you don’t have high blood pressure issues. You will after dealing with these employees.
Nice people and good service. The branch is small and busy. It’s understaffed at times with long wait times.
