I understand I had expired when trying to open a account,but I told them I live in a nursing home and they didn't even call to see if my information was correct. They had to get management to explain to me the same thing someone else said. Ok I don't have active ,but I had all other things on me to show who I was. To be honest I felt as though they didn't want me there at all, I think they didn't want my business.
Pathetic! I see they have a 2.7 rating so it's not as if people don't know that Bank of America is absolute trash but, I figured I'd add to the pile anyways. This particular location is an absolute joke!
They handled a financial matter efficiently.
