The ATM worked. Just want I needed.
I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Every experience I have had at this branch has been outstanding and we have 5 different accounts in my family so I am in there quite often. They can’t help there is no drive-thru. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I also do not go in at the typical busiest times, that would be just asking for frustration…
I went to open a bank acct. I’m told they have two appts at 10 AM and I’ll have to wait an hour or so. Mind you, it’s 9:30 AM and there are a total of four people behind the teller counter doing nothing. I will NEVER walk into another BOA again. What a terrible way to keep a business! My husband and I are in our 80s have a second home in the Keys and 25 years ago opened an account in Bank of America branch in Islamorada because we have our main one in Merritt Island. We drove up to Key Largo as branch is closed here and entered to cash a check for $20from PayPal….the clerk told me I had to go to the Wells Fargo Bank 5 more miles up and across the highway to cash my $20 check!!!
