I went to Bank of America to open a business account. Andrea was able to help us to do it. She was very professional and kind. This branch is super good. I always have an excellent experience here.

The ATM worked. Just want I needed.
I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Every experience I have had at this branch has been outstanding and we have 5 different accounts in my family so I am in there quite often. They can’t help there is no drive-thru. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I also do not go in at the typical busiest times, that would be just asking for frustration…
I went to open a bank acct. I’m told they have two appts at 10 AM and I’ll have to wait an hour or so. Mind you, it’s 9:30 AM and there are a total of four people behind the teller counter doing nothing. I will NEVER walk into another BOA again.
