On a few occasions I have walked into the bank to resolve an issue and I have been told I need to call an 800 number. At this point they should just close all branches, layoff all of the employees, and just leave the ATM's. I choose Bank of America for personal service and convenience, if I am not going to receive it I might as well open my accounts with an online bank and receive better rates.

Tried opening a bank account online and it told me to make an appointment, and that this branch doesn’t accept appointments. I then went into the store and wasn’t able to get an appointment for a week and a half. All I wanted to do was open a simple checking account. 2 stars rather than just 1 because the employees were kind.
I went to Bank of America to open a business account. Andrea was able to help us to do it. She was very professional and kind. This branch is super good. I always have an excellent experience here.
