Las ventanillas y la cantidad de ejecutores no son suficientes para atender en un tiempo óptimo a la cantidad de personas que suele haber, siempre hay líneas y toca esperar mucho, sin embargo el personal es amable y habla español lo cual ayuda mucho, me trato Joasim y me dio un excelente servicio para abrir mi cuenta siendo una persona extranjera.
Avoid at all costs. In terms of customer service, this branch serves a predominantly Latino and Asian demographic. Two bank tellers with fourteen customers waiting in line. It's crazy, because you head to branches in nearby Temple City or Arcadia and there is much more staff.

Don’t know if I’m in a bad neighborhood or something but as a pedestrian on a hot day it really sucks to have to walk the building’s entire perimeter because they can’t have the street facing doors unlocked during working hours!
The service attitude is very disappointing at this Branch,very impatient, especially that female manager with glasses, she looked like she had just attended a funeral with a very sad face, I feel sorry for her. She deserves some sympathy, because obviously her life must be full of unhappiness
