Horrible bank. We are family with banking relationship with BofA for almost 38 years and over 41 years of having deposit accounts back home since 1983. They really don't value and don't care business relationships with former clients even with CD and Gold Versatel ATM. Financial situations changed overtime there was a real small BofA credit card I had owed them merely over $2300 and they hired attorneys threaten to sue me in court and recently trying to settle and negotiate my account to settle with a lump sum in good faith ... read more
If it wasn’t for Issac this review would have zero stars , he’s awesome I would say the best but on the other hand his manager Erica has a horrible customer service and is not helpful at all . Thankful Issac helped me in everything I needed and was fast and efficient .
