Las ventanillas y la cantidad de ejecutores no son suficientes para atender en un tiempo óptimo a la cantidad de personas que suele haber, siempre hay líneas y toca esperar mucho, sin embargo el personal es amable y habla español lo cual ayuda mucho, me trato Joasim y me dio un excelente servicio para abrir mi cuenta siendo una persona extranjera.
Avoid at all costs. In terms of customer service, this branch serves a predominantly Latino and Asian demographic. Two bank tellers with fourteen customers waiting in line. It's crazy, because you head to branches in nearby Temple City or Arcadia and there is much more staff.
