Horrible experience. I came in asking for help after costumer service on the phone told me it would be best to go in person. I walk in and the bank is empty, very happy about that because that meant no wait. To my surprise as I was trying to get help the bankers kept insisting for me to leave and call costumer service again. I would like to highlight the exceptional service from Isidora! She is the most client-oriented and friendly bank employee I have ever encountered! She was able to answer all our questions and resolve issues that the staff in other branches of BOFA could not! Thank you BOFA!!!
Very understaffed at the tellers. Systems have gone down 2x in the last 3 visits.
