Excellent customer service every time I visit this Bank of America branch. The tellers and personal bankers are always kind, professional, and eager to help. On this visit, Daniel Arocha went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. He was patient and made the process quick and easy. Truly appreciate the outstanding service!

She came twice in one week: • First visit: waited 45 minutes, then the banker left without helping her. • Second visit: staff said they would not help her next time, because she does not speak English and told her to go to another branch with Russian speakers, stating they do not want her here.
