This was not a pleasant experience. I walked in and there was only one other customer in front of me. It took them 45 minutes for me to be helped. They will not let me use the bathroom and I really had to go. After they helped me, which took about another 15 minutes, I was told that there was no public restroom even though I was a client there. Visited September 25th..see receipt. I googled this location because I needed to locate a nearby B of A close to my doctor appointment. Nice corner location with a drive thru and 2 ATM machines. Nice visible location near everything!

Today (2:30–3:00 PM) at the Yuba City branch next to the mall, there was only one teller handling a lengthy transaction while 15–30 customers waited in line. Several other employees were walking around or talking to customers but did not step in to help reduce the wait. After waiting a long time, I left without completing my transaction. When I mentioned my concern to an employee, she simply said, “thank you for coming in,” which felt dismissive and implied I could just leave if I wanted. Unfortunately this customer treatment well make bad reputation for this business,,,,me and few customers on line for the manager to direct us but she ignored every body whiteout even look at us or ask us to wait for her to fish talking or even offer place to wait,,,,every body left after long waiting and she doesn’t care.
