Honestly hate coming in to Bank of America to ask for assistance on my banking needs. Reason being is that I use to be able to do things remotely by calling the number at the back of my card, and now it’s all driven by AI. Questions like, “Can you please accept a spending limit on this day from a company that I plan to preorder for $700? I don’t want my card to be declined.” Easy questions like that, I can do it by a phone call. Worse bank ever the manager there doesn’t know how to deal with customers all I wanted was to cash a check from a customer and she told me she could not do it funds were there, having a Body Shop I have ran into problems dealing with Bank Of America. Really sad to see that and experience it from one of the oldest bank of the USA!
