I am not used to the indifference from this establishment. I was recommended to come here. Bad recommendation. Customer service does not exist here
This was one of the first banks that i have seen that does complete virtual banking. It has its pros and cons in my opinion
I have been too about 10 different Bank of Americas in Las Vegas. This was the FIRST & ONLY one I found that let's you withdrawl using $10s and not only $20s. Posting In Case anyone else has this problem!!! (3 months later and now every atm has this feature!!! Thank god)
This is not a real bank. It does not have real people. I needed to withdraw cash after 530 from an account that I can't do at an ATM. I drove 20 min to get here and they can't help me.
