I made several changes to my account and my account got froze. Due to the type of changes made, I had to go to an actual location and have it unlocked. Given that Bank of Americas fraud department is excellent and has helped me out tremendously in the past when I was being scammed, I couldn’t really be upset about it, as they as protecting my finances. When I attempted to go to the first location 45 min from my home, they only had 2 employees (one greeting and figuring out client needs, and the second at the teller counter).... read more
