Fatal. El cajero me robó $1500 dólares q intentaba depositar los desapareció metí el reclamo ya van dos días y nada que me devuelven mi dinero me han hecho perder tiempo y dinero por la lentitud del proceso esta entidad bancaria siento que no piensa en el cliente cuando se presenta un problema como este yo necesito mi dinero ya y el banco se toma su tiempo para investigar y según durará 45 días la investigación no me parece justo. Demandaré si es necesario pero necesito solución rápida
None of their equipment worked as shown. Just terrible, they clearly don’t care about costumer service. Because VC was not working, I tried their calling station. It gave me a 5minutes of wait time (countdown). I wrongly assumed that I will be connected at the end of that countdown. I was mistaken. It hit 0:00 and then reset back to 5:00!! At that point it was clear that this customer center is for namesake only. Pathetic experience.
