In order not to do their job, they say that they can't change your checks when in other banks if they change them, very bad service
Total waste. Largest withdrawal they will allow Is $2500, could have just gone to a regular ATM. The video services are useless. The person I video called I couldn’t see, but they could see me, very awkward. They restricted my debit card while using the video call. I’ve been a banking member for 18 years with boa, they have taken my picture 1,000 times, they know what I look like. I was there for 45 minutes just to withdraw an amount of money no different from a regular atm. Total waste.
Only for customers
Really liked the security of only members being able to access the building and use the ATMs. Much safer than a drive thru or walk up ATM.
