I can’t get into this location as the card reader doesn’t work. Not only can I not get in; there’s no number to call so that I can talk to a human and report that the door doesn’t work! No one physically works at this location either. BoA is trying so hard to keep costs so low that there’s no longer a human connection. Too bad this is the closest location to my home and office. I wish there were more branches available.Â
Standing outside bank on Saturday at 1 but the branch is closed when it says it’s open on Saturday till 3-pm. Multiple people came and left as the door does not open even with their cards. Waist of time and energy to drive so many miles to come here.Â
