Poor customer serviceÂ
Waste of time. Their service doesn't work.Â
Access to any employee across the entire United States and waited inside a cold room for almost an hour to talk to a loan specialist.Â
Horrible experience. The so called Manager (as she claims) C. Ramirez has no sense of customer service, neither she got needed education, (apparently). Over all BOA customer satisfaction is low. But in a place like Windermere our expectation is higher. Switching to chase !!Â
