Why was this branch closed an hour earlier than advertised?
These machines are constantly down and are unreliable.
The ATMs is locked !!! If you scan your card to the door reader it doesn't open the door. Always having the same issue with this ATM, had to drive all the way to the kyle branch just to make a deposit!
I am so disappointed in Bank of America. I deposited a large amount of cash at one of their ATMs and did not see the balance in my account. Upon calling they accepted no fault and told me all the can do is file a claim with the 3rd party that services their ATMs and that it could take up to 40 days to resolve this issue! This is absolutely insane behavior from a bank I’ve grown to trust. Sadly, I will be switching banks once the issue is resolved.
Door stuck shut for weeks. Bank has done nothing to fix it.
