Access has been broken for over a year it is betond frustrating that i have a bofa so close and have to drive 5+ miles to go to another bofa atm please fix!!!
Card reader to access this establishment has been broken for well over a year. I figured cleaning or maintenance would notice absolutely zero traffic in this location because nobody can get in and this problem would be fixed in that time but no. The card reader on the door is still broken. Come on guys you really need to be making sure these atms are accessible to customers as there's no other bofa within a 5 mile radius from here. you need to travel to green valley or to northglenn to access an atm. This is the worst bank. Door is always damaged. I try it since is on my way home but no luck every time. This place should be shutdown forever. Ill be taking my business to other bank brand.
