This ATM machine ate my money! It went error during counting cash. Called claim center, they have NO ONE can come to check this machine. BOA claim center was keep telling me the wrong amount which is less than $1000+ and it will take 45BUSINESS DAYS to investigate. Terrible customer service as well. I am gonna end up loosing my hard working money to this mega rich bank company.

Went to use the ATM machine at around 1:22 pm and the doors locked as I walked up,,all black peoples are not trying to rob you,,funny how a white lady walked right in as I was walking around the parking lot,,,smh
