I came to the Bank of America to open an account and Google maps stated that it is open from 9 a.m. today but is actually closed. I am so disappointed.

The customer service here was absolutely AWFUL. My boyfriend needed a camera shot of this building for a school project and was told no by an employee. I was curious as to why since the pictures would not be uploaded to anywhere other than a school assignment. When I went inside to simply ask the reason, the front desk worker was very rude and had a huge attitude instead of providing me with a reason. Absolutely non existent sense of customer service, just close this location and save your face. This is not how you treat customers.
