Yalls security team is awful Asking if someone wanted to "damage" BoA property because they threw a RUBBER CONE?! There was no damage done to the cone. Don't ever lose your password or change your phone, especially on the weekend. The app and the website will keep you on an endless loop of changing your password and verifying identity, even though it says you have successfully completed it. And when you do finally call and battle the horrible waste of time ai bot to talk to someone about your account so you can pay your bill, they will tell you they are closed. Not only that, they don't even tell you when they will reopen, I'm guessing Monday? That's an hour of my life I wi... read more
