Vanessa at the Ballston Bank of America spent many hours helping my sister and I navigate some estate issues. Ultimately we had to close the account and yet she still worked with us helped us so much despite not getting to open a big account and we will be forever grateful
The bank cashier ask me am I closing my account all I was doing to trying to get my rent money that’s rude if he that he asked that I been with Bank of America for years he needs to watch what he ask people he was Spanish & work in the middle of Ms Claudia and the other lady it happen today at 3:30pm
