I love Bank of America, excellent quality and service.
I have been going to this branch for many years. I appreciate their professionalism. Most recently, the assistant manager, Kwon, was very diligent in assisting me with a time-sensitive matter. He not only went out of is way on a very busy afternoon, but followed up on my issue without me having to reach out to him again. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend reaching out to him for your bank service needs.
Kiara Biroo was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout my fraud case. She carefully reviewed every unauthorized transaction, answered all of my questions, and helped me take the necessary steps to recover my funds. This was a very stressful situation for me, but she made the entire process much easier. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to helping customers truly stood out.
