Extremely poor and unprofessional experience at the Bank of America branch on 11190 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA. We had a scheduled 11:00 AM business banking appointment, yet staff repeatedly assisted customers with later appointments while ignoring us. I had to raise my voice simply to be acknowledged. The branch manager behaved dismissively and rudely when I tried to clarify our appointment, which is unacceptable—especially for business banking clients.
