The branch on 1370 Fordham Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23464 is inefficient and slow. Every time I came in this branch they’re moving in slow motion, like they have molasses in their joints. One teller working today, needed assistance from a lady in the office to complete a transaction.
The slowest service Ive ever had in a bank.
No such thing as quick here. After coming multiple times, the wait has been unacceptably long every single time. Everyone moves like they have nothing to do.
The Bank of America that was on lynnhaven closed. Ever since that day this location is overwhelmed by the amount of traffic they have picked up. Which is unfortunate for this location. Although with that being said Bank of America constantly shows that the higher ups truly do not care for its customers. They rather have only one employee ever in a window.
