The Bank of America that was on lynnhaven closed. Ever since that day this location is overwhelmed by the amount of traffic they have picked up. Which is unfortunate for this location. Although with that being said Bank of America constantly shows that the higher ups truly do not care for its customers. They rather have only one employee ever in a window. Many people wait on line. No one care. Never back to this location
Standing here for 20 minutes no one ask me if I need help they just kept walking by me!worst service for a Bank of America!!oh by the way still standing here waiting while I did this review and still no one has helped me yet crazy!!! by the way, Liz needs to brush up on her multitasking. New Teller came in while I was being served by her and he blew through three people while she was still trying to get my check cash. Crazy unbelievable.
