I would highly recommend this Bank of America. I opened 2 new accounts and were walked through all of the steps so perfectly. Jessica was exceptional!!! She went over every account and told us about things we may want to consider in the future With BOA. She made us well aware of the rewards BOA offer. As a first time BOA user, she discussed how their online banking and ATM worked. Please go see Jessica if you’re considering opening an account soon! Also, thank you again Jessica!
Terrible service.
This bank is really bad!!! I went there and sent money via Wire Transfer and I asked them for an invoice, after which, without any warning and for no reason, they blocked my account!!! I no longer have any trust in Bank of America.
