This bank is really bad!!! I went there and sent money via Wire Transfer and I asked them for an invoice, after which, without any warning and for no reason, they blocked my account!!! I no longer have any trust in Bank of America.

They had 1 teller working & a very long line for 45 minutes the teller was doing her best but only waited on 1 customer probably because he was a business customer which used all her time while 3 or 4 people in front of me left then a lady finally came over & helped but I was there every bit of 45 minutes patiently waiting but it was nerve racking
I have been a customer for years, with a 100 percent payment record, and they refuse to help me at the location every time I come in and just tell me to use the app. The app doesn't help me, and customer support doesn't do anything either. I've been trying to increase my credit limit by 2000 for a year now and just get declined. On that same day, I can go to other banks and be approved for $30,000. More than double what BoA gives me. BoA is just a disappointing service, and after 10 years, I'll be transferring to another ban... read more
