Muy mal servicio una muy larga fila como 15 personas esperando servicio y en la fila donde estabamos de negocios solo aviamos 2 esperamos 1 hora 20 minutos para que nos pudieran pasar solo habian 15 personas mas lo que ivan llegando pasaron los 15 y aun seguiamos esperando mal servicio le preguntamos al gerente y dijo que no abririan mas cajasÂ
I had to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Months ago I had a terrible experience at this location with bank so understaffed compared to the traffic and I had to wait so long to be helped. During my visit this time everyone was welcoming and professional and took care of me. I will be back to this location.Â
It's 2025 and customer service still has a long shot to improve on. No one answers the phone at any time of day. You would think for a bank that has the name America in it would have pride in quality customer service (for business and personal banking), that you would get the top tier best experience, but it's quite the opposite. Even the main 1-8## number customer service line seems to be bothered when you call and try to book an appointment for any local bank to make changes on an account like you are inconveniencing their... read more
