Makayla made changing my information and setting up my mobile app so simple! She was also really great as a person, very sweet and didn’t make me feel silly for not being able to do it myself. We chatted the whole time like friends and I was in and out in under 10 minutes!

Bank of America is the prettier version of Woodforest. Don't ever, ever get an account with them if you have literally any other option. Customer service is incompetent by every stretch of the imagination, the bankers will straight up leave you alone to deal with the problems they started on the phone, and just about everyone has no real information on hand to speak of. Things like simple department fax numbers, direct lines to departments which skips the hour long wait times, etc. This is my personal hell.
Terrible service. Came in asking about depositing a check, a type of check I confirmed on call before I came there and once I got there and asked for help, the guy in the front turned my away, telling me to use my smartphone app. Wouldn't even help me in any way at all.
