I feel so bad for the employees that work there. They are all amazing, friendly and helpful. The manager is probably one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever talked to in my life. Rude, demeaning and disrespectful doesn’t begin to describe this woman. How she got into a management position is beyond me. Absolutely horrible the way she talks to people from the moment she’s called to assist. UPDATE: Went and opened an account with Woodforest and they were MORE THAN HAPPY to help me.
Received a check for an item sale. Took a BOA check to this location to cash. They refused to cash because I am not an account holder. They are extremely unprofessional and refused to work with me. Then they marked over the check then ruined it so I had to do another 60 mile round trip to get another check. Will never be a BOA customer because they keep playing games
Skylyn Barron-Garcia is the best banker ever. Helped me with my Mom's affairs, was very professional, answered all of my questions! She is the best, thank you Skylyn!
