Great service every time I go
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my grandfather received from Lisa at this bank. During his visit, he felt singled out and unfairly treated. Lisa told him that his accounts were going to be frozen and closed, which caused him significant stress and confusion. What was especially concerning was that he left the interaction feeling that he was treated differently because he is Hispanic.
