Terrible service. I work at very popular bar in southend. We exchange big bills with small bills on a weekly basis. A very very normal business weekend. The normal branch we use was closed, so we went to Kings St. The manager would not allow us to exchange our cash, with a rude tone, and a nonsense excuse. “You must be affiliated with BoA”. As a Boa customer, service at this location is terrible Selena in particular was rude and uneducated about all the banks that exist in America. As someone that has worked for a competitor bank I know that you can cash a check without having the available funds in there. Selena even told me she never heard of the bank the check was drawn on as if she is the knowledge keeper of all things banking. Even if you are not a customer you can cash a check for a fee.
