Terrible service. I work at very popular bar in southend. We exchange big bills with small bills on a weekly basis. A very very normal business weekend. The normal branch we use was closed, so we went to Kings St. The manager would not allow us to exchange our cash, with a rude tone, and a nonsense excuse. “You must be affiliated with BoA”. As a Boa customer, service at this location is terrible Selena in particular was rude and uneducated about all the banks that exist in America. As someone that has worked for a competitor bank I know that you can cash a check without having the available funds in there. Selena even told me she never heard of the bank the check was drawn on as if she is the knowledge keeper of all things banking. Even if you are not a customer you can cash a check for a fee. I came into this branch with a TON of coins that I had collected through my childhood. I was surprised when they did not have a coin counter and figured since I was already there it was time to get started rolling and counting. After 20 or so minutes Heather from the business counter came over and started to help me roll them and count them. She was also keeping a close eye on the business counter during this time and would get up periodically to assist those that needed it. This might be the worst BOA I’ve been to yet. These people are as slow as can be. It’s taken almost an hour to cash 1 check!! And there’s 3 people behind the counter and only 3 people in line. This place needs new management and new hiring process. Absolutely a nightmare.
