Highly recommend this location, everyone was super helpful. I walked in because of technical issues when opening an account and Valentina sat down and troubleshooted & solved my issues so I could take care of what I needed that day. Very patient, kind and informative. Very thankful for their time & expertise!

I wanted to deposit a check and a women name Shannon there was very rude and didn’t want to deposit my check she was very unprofessional and she is not qualified for this job and that ruined my whole day I will never go back to this bank
shannon is always constantly very rude, i’ve never had a worker yell and storm off all because i asked to make a cashier check paying with cash, not only was she rude to me but also to Valentina her coworker. Valentina took over for us and thankfully was able to help, she was extremely sweet! but this wasn’t the first time i’ve had an issue with Shannon and will not be returning. :)
Sarita Gupta, the senior banker is a very rude worker and needs to spoken too. When I went in to change my pin on a new account I was told to sit and wait for a banker. Sarita Gupta came to assist me. When I tried to explain my issue she cut me off multiple times assuming she knew what was going on and didnt. Then she said some numbers were coming to my phone.
