Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rush jobs! Know knowledge having workers 👎 Had an appt that was incomplete 2 hrs after my scheduled appt I received a cancellation message Like who are these idiots ? Who’s in charge? I would NEVER RECOMMEND this bank or location!!!! I beyond pissed. Documents were fraudulently filled out until I looked at them myself. I was told my documents would be uploaded they never were. PLEASE CLOSE CINNAMINSON LOCATION DOWN ASAP.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with business or personal account it doesn't matter they do not care for their customers at all they are understaffed and under educated it is a shame it's sad this place should be closed and out of business I will never in my life again do business with Bank of America at all especially this branch in Cinnaminson New Jersey
