I was considering moving my account from Chase Private Client to Bank of America after my previous banker at Chase left. However, my experience at this Bank of America location was extremely disappointing. We were told it would be a 15-minute wait, but we ended up waiting nearly an hour with no assistance. Eventually, we left because the wait was far longer than promised. It was frustrating to see 3-4 staff members standing around without offering any help while we were trying to open a new account. One teller working and five others standing around everytime i go in there ... They couldn't cash my check but had no explanation for me just had me stand in line forever... My had switched banks and I didn't realize it... I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that...
