The worst bank in America
I recently joined bank of America after td bank refused to let me buy or even order 500$ worth of quarters because they said I need to be a business. Geremy helped me open my account and told me I can order however many of whatever domination of currency they have. That made me very happy. I would suggest anyone thinking of switching banks to speak to Geremy Fanfan he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air for once.
Its have an easy access to the atm.
Condensending staff...told us that POA doesn't matter...without even reviewing our account...or understanding the circumstances. Left unresolved... then our account became frozen without explanation....called for further assistance...got on with an assistant manager who kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to my issue ..she hung up on me as I tried to explain the situation. I can't wait to resolve this and withdrawal our funds from this branch. Over 25+yrs of banking...very unpleasant experience. Go ahead n share my feed... read more
