This always has issues . Every time I come in to get stuff done, nothing gets done. For example, notary personnel not available. Or you have to make appointment with them.Â
We had a 2 day experience with this branch team and we found ourselves very pleased from the greeter to our interactions with the team, as a whole. Chad, Khadija, and Symphony were very solid ensuring that we were satisfied with the services rendered. They made our time spent in the bank stress free and easy. We appreciated that after our commute to address a few items. They were prepared and very personable. Great job.Â
Worst bank ever took my SSI back pay check in asked if it will be a hold she said yes for 1 day get a message today funds being kept a week now that's crazy and nothing can be done it's a new account I should have went to another bankÂ
$8 fee to cash a payroll check is outrageous!!! Teller was nice but could had better explained! So know if you have a payroll check to cash this bank will charge! That’s robbery!!! It a check with there name on it and they still charge to cash, mind you I had more than one check so $16, that could of been a meal in today’s economy with everything being so expensive nowadays!Â
