The worst bank
My niece who is the international student at UALBANY went to the Bank of America branch on State Street to open the account as advised by her academic advisor. The branch manager, Nicholas Gargenti, flatly said No without listening or reviewing the documents. We then went to Bank of America branch on Central Avenue. Everything was done in less than one hour. I'm not sure why Nicholas who is rude and has zero customer service experience is still the manager of centrally located branch.
The bank manager Nicholas Girgenti III is rude over talks the customer wanted to cash a check and open an business account but because of his rudeness I would recommend anyone to this branch. Wish I could give a 0
This location doesn’t have parking anymore. No parking means not inviting people. Use to be teller validating free parking on paid parking. Now not validating anymore-it’s a trap. Just for 5 minutes charging $6.00. Will not use this location again
