They froze our account for absolutely no reason whatsoever simply because they had the power to do so. Needless to say, we will be closing that account as soon as we make them lift the freeze. And to make matters worse, absolutely no one at BOA would tell us why the account was frozen. This is the worst Bank ever!!!!!!
Customer service here is an alien word. from teller, to manager to bank representative they all ignored us when we came in when bank had no other customers in. I came in with my friend because he requested me to help. Apparently he was ignored 2 times before and he claimed it was for his languaje barrier so he ask me to translate for him. Bank of America has been my choice for over 25 years I use them for all my banking needs except Bank of America credit card Berkeley the entrance is too high for me it may be because I'm 80 and don't have a job so I don't have much income but my loyalty to this Bank should have some brownie points but it doesn't
I’m truly appalled at the level of customer service this branch gives to clients. I opened a joint bank account with me and my husband and our very first visit to this branch to use the atm to deposit our money, the machine gets jammed, which happens! what is not supposed to happen is being threatened with a gun by the security guard! when my husband asked for help he replied “its not my job to make sure our money isn’t stolen” (it’s hanging out of the machine) my husband obviously upset replied “what is your job then” and t... read more
