Terrible, unprofessional staff. Manager is very unfriendly! Bank reps speaking about lunch and what time they get off. Ridiculous
staff here almost made me wanna stay with bofa if it wasnt out my area
The bank location is convenient but Costumer Service is very poor. Being one of the America's largest bank, this is the only bank that I know of which does not cash "Cashier's Check" and puts it as a regular check. I tried several times to explain them that "Cashier's Check" is cash equivalent, but they lectured me as how their bank operates. I bank with 5 other banks in the area and am really surprised that BOA, Waldorf can do this.
