I dont know why this place has 2 stars all the times i went there ive had perfect service, maybe i just got lucky. The most recent time i walked in there was a long line. A sharp looking gentleman who works there whose name is Mr Perfect (cool name) gave me exceptional service. I thought i would be in there for 45 mins plus but he pulled me of line to help me and answer my questions. Branch manager truly needs better customer service. Very poor quality when I entered this bank attempting to make some inquiries. Very shut off and no warmth. I reviewed other reviews and this confirms my theory. She doesn’t offer suggestions she tells you what you can not do and leaves it there. I run a few highly successful businesses and bank with a few wealth management banks but based off of this interaction I will not be considering Bank of America moving forward.
