Karen and her colleagues were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive during a very difficult time for our family. Their compassion and professionalism made everything easier, and we’re truly grateful for their care and understanding.
It is astonishing that the bank closes at 4 PM Mon-Fri and is closed on the weekends. There is not a single other Bank of America in a 20 minute radius that has consistent hours for people that work. Basically, Bank of America expects me to take time off work just to go to the bank with these absurd hours. I cannot even justify banking with this place anymore
The lobby person was very rude! No respect for women in this branch. She definitely treated the man who arrived after me much better. Financial institutions need to start treating women equal to any men. Wealth is not limited to men- you know!!
Ridiculous hours at this branch that has our safe deposit box. Open M-F from 10-4. How do those hours work if you actually have a job for which you need to be in office? Branch used to have Saturday AM hours; I wish they’d reinstate. I am seriously considering moving our box (and maybe our banking?) because this is so inconvenient.
Worst bank of all time. The reps inside are amazing, super nice. I type this as I stand in line, 20 minutes in. I just need to withdraw over my ATM limit. Why is there one teller on a Friday? Not even two? How cheap is this nasty corporation? I came here, to finally pull all of my money out, and switch banks. This is a joke. Bank of America is horrible, and it always has been. I never wait in line for less than 20 minutes. Not to mention their complicity in some of the world’s worst atrocities. Every single location sucks.
