The manager at this branch was rude and abusive to two senior citizens who were cashing a check. I have never seen someone so unkind and unprofessional in my life. She should be let go immediately.
Karen and her colleagues were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive during a very difficult time for our family. Their compassion and professionalism made everything easier, and we’re truly grateful for their care and understanding.
