I was just on the phone with an African American young man whose name started with S and was extremely disrespectful to me. He hanged up the phone while I was talking. I met this man before when I banked in person and he definitely lacks character!!!
The Bank of America tellers are no longer in this building. ATM's are still active here Edit: They do have people physically on the premises now. At the time of my initial review they did not.
I visited this location to close an old account, the staff were kind and helpful while assisting me.
