I called ahead to confirm a matter before visiting the branch and was told that everything was correct. I specifically mentioned that another branch had provided different information and asked for confirmation. I received a firm “yes,” only to later find out that the other branch was correct. Unfortunately, the banker at this location did not take the time to properly research the matter and provided me with incorrect information. This reflects a clear lack of knowledge and due diligence.
Had stopped in to use the ATM. Had chance encounter with Tommy Pirvu. Helped right as soon as I walked in with ATM access, merrill account and future financial education. What a gem! Thank you!
