Agree they politely are unable to do anything and refer you to an ATM as often as possible. Don’t ask to deposit coins, because their response will be it has to be rolled even if there are unequal amounts that don’t constitute a full roll, which leaves one thinking how will they be able to deposit the money in your account? Incompetent, lazy, and should continued to be replaced by machines!! By the way, I was dealing with the lead teller with this attempted transaction.
Worst bank experience I’ve ever had. The female front desk associate was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Never mind Bank of America, I’ll stick with Chase - the superior financial institution.
I was trying to send wire transaction with Shonee Muse: we were talking very friendly, but then she just sended wire by clicking button without letting me check info on the screen. As a result wire did not go through: it was stucked on its way because IBAN did not match with name of an account, where we tried to send money(and I said at the beginning, that this transaction will be made to another person’s account).
