The absolute worst customer service. Everyone looks miserable working here and they take it out on their customers. They treat every appointment like it’s a chore or an imposition on their time. They don’t care about providing support or finding real solutions, they’ll either stonewall you or just push for the most low effort option to end the appointment as soon as possible. The worst. The bank teller was hiding for 5 minutes in an invisible corner of his booth. When I tried to order checks I was told to wait for a banker who never showed up. What a sleepy bank branch. I ended up walking home and ordered 150 checks online for $70, which is an absurdity in itself.
Worst bank ever. Doesn't matter what state you go to the service is the same. My Mother banks here. Helping her with banking as she gets older and it's been nothing but horrible service. Stay away.
