I updated my personal information at this branch. The Mexican banker (probably the one others have mentioned in their reviews) wasn’t very friendly. He even asked if I spoke English.
I am getting use to that bank I love how they help my account from stop a company from getting money from my account that I didn't authorize. They helped me get an new bank card.
The staff was really polite and highly helpful. They answer all my questions and took the time to address any request I had. I will return there for sure ! A special thanks to Juan ! Best, Sara
