Manager wouldnt verify my check so BofA can release partial funds in order for me to pay tuition. BOfA corporate said it was the branches descretion and manager refused to help me out getting me possibly dropped from class. Super rude. They dont care bout your circumstance here nor does the manager. Your money is better off at chase or pnc! The chase down the street has people that really seem to care.

Will not cash checks written by bank of america.....what your own bank????? This bank is a joke! Horrible customer service! Making rules up as they go!! Don't waist your time with this bank it's a joke!
