Manager wouldnt verify my check so BofA can release partial funds in order for me to pay tuition. BOfA corporate said it was the branches descretion and manager refused to help me out getting me possibly dropped from class. Super rude. They dont care bout your circumstance here nor does the manager. Your money is better off at chase or pnc! The chase down the street has people that really seem to care.

There's a reason BofA's stores are closing and it all starts with the people. I do almost all of my banking online because the people ruin it. The old geezer that greets you when you enter is an absolute waste of space. I was ordering new checks with a banker (Roger) and discussing a new credit card when this guy interrupts our discussion and asks Roger how long I'll be.
