Jasmin was sweet enough to go out of her way to call her friend at Signature Bank to help me sort out an investment question and potential phishing fraud. I couldn’t invest in good faith and I’m grateful for her proactive approach that stopped me from dumping my entire savings into an uncertain investment. Better safe than sorry.
I've never in my life seen a bank setup like this. I withdrew money from the atm. I wanted to get two 50 dollar bills and an envelope. I stood there for 10 minutes and there was only 1 teller who had a customer already. 10 minutes and no one there to assist me at all. This suite style set up is ludacris.
There are a lot of 1 star reviews for this bank branch so I guess one more won't hurt and probably do no good. To put it simply,...they don't answer phones. I had to make several attempts to get through to someone at this branch on multiple occassions. Are they too busy to answer the phone? According to some of the other reviews the staff are just standing arounds talking to each other. So why don't they want to answer a phone call and talk to a bank customer?
