I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Bank of America branch. I went in because there were unauthorized transactions on my account, someone was literally stealing my money, and I urgently needed help disputing the charges and securing my account. This Bank of America branch has a good location. I have often used it when downtown for convenience. I have been grateful for being able to withdraw cash from their ATMs. The staff appeared well-dressed. I wish everyone all the best in Yeshua's Name!
I had an issue with my Business account that I’ve had with Bank of America for over 30 years. I talked to a number of people online and at different branches over the last few months. The only solution offered was to open up a new Business checking account, which would erase all the benefits of having such a long-standing account.
