Very bad customer serviceĀ
Employees were chatting in their offices instead of helping the long line waiting outside. When it finally got to me, they told me āIāve missed my appointment time and need to reschedule.ā Lol closing my boa accounts because of these people.Ā
Absolutely insane treatment by the tellerāafter making me wait for twenty minutes without helping me, she yelled at me for being late and then dismissed me for missing my appointment. If BOA has trash like this working for them I will take my business elsewhere.Ā
