I scheduled an appointment and they were very punctual. Claudia Hernandez Robaina was the banker who met with us. She was amazing! Super patient, friendly and very professional.
I went in my lunch and two people were helping one client while there were 6 people waiting in line. Why??
Very good experience at this Bank of America location. The Super Star Johanna Watts is very talented in music and also professional as a senior banker. She helped me a lot with patience and her expertise. Looking forward to the next visit. A tip for others: it’s always good to make an appointment in advance if you have any questions to inquire in person.
