I've been waiting 45 minutes for customer service. Severally understaffed. Long time customer doesn't seem to matter
I have been with Bank of America for 28+ yrs! It was great in Palm Beach County, Fl. However, the BOA on 3rd St S. in St Petersburg Fl has been a Nightmare for the last 5 years ! The lack of employees, and the turnover of new employees is ridiculous! One hand does not know what the other hand is doing! Absolutely no empathy when I was having financial difficulties unrelated to me ! This bank needs to close, or hire more employees with experience in the banking industry and customer service !
This bank's incompetence nearly derailed my property closing, a process that should have been seamless. After visiting them three times, they repeatedly claimed they couldn’t process the wire transfer I needed. On the day of closing, I was forced to go to a different Bank of America location, where the transaction was successfully completed without issue.
